Bio

I have been a teacher for 21 years for the Escambia County Board of Education. I have worked 16 years as a teacher for the Visually Impaired. I am certified in the areas of Math, Collaborative Education, Braille Transcriber, and a Certified Vision Impairment Specialist. I presently teach 7th/8th Grade Math courses at Flomaton High School. This year I am currently a Teams Math teacher for Flomaton High School.

I am the Varsity Cheerleader Coach for the Flomaton Hurricanes.  I bleed GREEN AND WHITE.  I love everything about our Students, School, Community, and Town.  I teach and coach at my Alma Mater in order to carry on the traditions that were passed on to me from people that I respected and loved, some of whom are the late Ann Jackson, Brenda Dean, and Marion White.  It's an honor to know that I am teaching within the same walls of these same ladies that taught me the same great values of education many years ago.  It really just doesn't get any better than this.  GO CANES!!
